Salina Capers Large



The island of Salina, off the north coast of Sicily, with its rich, volcanic soil makes the flavour of these capers so unique that the Slow Food movement have made them a presidium product to protect them from competition from other countries. They require soaking for a minimum of 2 hours, with a regular change of water to get the most out of their incredible flavour. Great for cooking or adding to salads they bring a whole new dimension.

Collection: All products are available for collection the next day at the restaurant. If you need it sooner than that, please give us a call and we will try to accommodate.
