Pane Carasau



Pane Carasau is the most famous Sardinian bread. It’s a traditional Sardinian flat bread from the Barbagia area, with thin, crispy sheets, made with high quality hard wheat bran. The bread can be eaten either dry or wet with water, wine, broth or a variety of sauces. It’s also a great cracker for its crispy thin texture. Great with dips, cheese or salumi. Our favourite is brushed with butter and covered in grated bottarga.
