Sylvie Augereau is a heroine of natural wine, having written about the subject for decades – eventually founding La Dive Bouteille in 2001.

100% Chenin on siliceous clay and limestone in Anjou. The wine spends up to 2 years on the lees and is incredibly textured and softened because of this. As you might imagine, this is a supple expression of Chenin, one that guards its limestone minerality but offers some fleshy stone fruit and a hint of mango.
