Celeriac, Mushroom, Spinach & Spenwood Pie
Roasted Flourish Farm celeriac and spinach with Paris mushrooms and chanterelles. Cooked in a white wine and creme fraiche velouté, infused with tarragon, parsley and spenwood cheese. Topped with an all butter puff pastry.

Celeriac, Spinach, Mushrooms, Creme Fraiche (Dairy), Mustard, Shallots, Garlic, White Wine (Sulphur), Spenwood (Dairy), Herbs, Butter (Dairy), Flour (Gluten), Egg.
Cooking & Reheating
Pre-heat oven to 180C. Open lid of box and place on a baking tray. Cook for 30-35min.
