Bianchetto, Le Coste, 2019
A blend of Procanico, Malvasia, Moscato, planted over tufo soils, which is very rich in volcanic ash. Spends two weeks on skins, with both fermentation and six months of élevage taking place in large concrete tanks. This is delicate and fragrant with orange zest and herbs. A refreshing bitterness to the tannins makes for incredibly compelling drinking.
